In 2007, I was tasked to get a major watch brand to make custom watches celebrating the centennial of an Organization within the Talented 10th. Upon contacting the crown watchmaker, they informed me that they don't make watches for black people. I was shocked, because many die wishing to own their watch. I called a couple of other watch companies, who laughed and said there was no market for high end watches in the black community. At that point, I had to "SET A RIDICULOUS GOAL, AND GO GET IT". I found a supplier of watches and parts in enough time to make watches for my organization. After cobranding with all the Negro organizations that were willing, it is now time to get the masses. I don't care if you are male or female, buy this CIRCUMNAVIGATOR. It isn't about style. It isn't about the cost. It isn't about me making money. It is about showing there is a market in the melanated population for high end watches called CIRCUMNAVIGATORS.
